What forms of payment do you accept?

Our secure online payment system accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover



Do you offer Monthly or Automated Renewal Subscriptions?

All of our real-time lead packages are sold on a subscription basis. By default, your order will be setup on an Automated Renewal subscription, although you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time, by logging into your administration panel.

Our Aged Surveyed Leads packages are currently sold as a one-time order when purchased online. If you would like to set up your purchase on a recurring basis, give our Customer Support department a call to take your order by phone (888-455-3237). Daily, weekly and monthly subscriptions are available on our Aged Surveyed Leads and Low Cost Opt-In Leads packages.



How Quickly will my Order be Processed?

Once your account is established our order processing and delivery system is fully automated, and will generally process and ship your order within 5 minutes of placing your order.

First time customers or orders requiring verification may require phone validation before shipping. Orders are still generally processed the same day, unless the order was placed after hours, or over the weekend.



How are the leads delivered to me?

Local and national real-time leads and diet leads are delivered via email, in real time, as each lead is delivered. Each lead will also be available to view or download within your panel. Your user account login information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is activated.

Our Aged Surveyed Leads are delivered by email in three formats: Microsoft Excel (.xls), Comma Delimited (.csv), and Text Format (.txt).



Do you offer Geographic or Gender sorting?

Yes, you can fully customize your leads package at the time of ordering. Depending on the package selected, you can target by area code, time zone, state, country, gender... or any combination of these options. Additional charges may apply, depending on the combination of sorting items selected and the leads package selected.



Do you re-sell the leads to other people?

Our real-time leads are sold on a semi-exclusive basis, sold an average of only 2 times as a real-time lead, but never re-sold to anyone else promoting the same opportunity. You will find our leads much more responsive, and willing to hear about your opportunity.



How do you generate your leads?

We generate all of our prospects through Internet Sources, where the individual has completed an online request form looking to start a Home Based Business. All of our Leads are considered "Opt-in", and can be safely contacted by email or phone, without the fear of Spam complaints or Do Not Call legislation.

Do you provide the IP Address & Timestamp with the leads?

Yes, all of our leads will contain the prospect's computer IP address and time stamp, identifying the exact instance the prospect submitted their request. This information is imperative for email marketing. Do not buy leads from anyone who cannot provide this information, and show you how they generated their leads. This information may also be required if you are wanting to upload your leads into an external CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) or Auto-Response System, or may be requested by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) in the event of a complaint.



Is the lead list mine to keep?

Leads are provided on a rented basis for a period of sixty days from the date of purchase. You can follow-up as often as you like within this sixty days, but are not authorized to re-sell or giveaway this list to any other party. Please be courteous and always make sure to give your prospects an option to be removed from your calling or email list.



Can I be put on a waiting list for the area codes I want?

Yes, when checking the availability of leads, the system will prompt you if the area code is sold out but available for reservation. There can only be two people on the reservation list for each area code. If the area code does not show a reservation list being available, the list is at its maximum.



How can I put my real time leads account on pause?

Your leads can be paused inside of your lead administration panel. Once you have logged into your account you will select the "Account Settings" option. You can then choose to turn the pause feature "on". Pausing your leads will stop the delivery. To un-pause them you will repeat the process and turn the pause "off".



Can I set my account to deliver leads more slowly?

You can select to set your delivery rate per day to a maximum number of leads. To do this you will log into your account and set your delivery rate in the "Account Settings" area.



Can I speak to a company representative directly?

Yes. Give our Customer Support department a call to take your order by phone, toll free 888-455-3237. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (U.S. Pacific Time).



What is your policy on refunds?

All sales are Final. Due to the nature of the service we are providing, no refunds or exchanges will be offered once an order has been submitted for processing. BuyMLMLeads.com will automatically provide a 10% overage with each order to account for any potential invalid leads. No further replacements will be honored above the 10% already provided.
